- Value adding of grains for the food sector
Invited speakers include Professor Cristophe Courtin, KU Leuven, Belgium, Professor Geoff Fincher, Univ of Adelaide, Professor Yong Cheng Shi, Kansas State Univ and Dr Peter Schutz, Chair of Food Innovation Australia Ltd.
